  Admission Process

The process to admit an applicant to our school is a comprehensive one. The Admission Committee reviews each applicant file carefully ensuring there is a good match between the school and the candidate. Placements at Villanova are in great demand and we regret that we cannot accept every applicant.

  Early Admission

Students wishing to receive Early Admission should complete the application process no later than December 1 and take the earliest entrance exam date. Each candidate will be notified by mail regarding their status. Early acceptance letters are mailed in December. The following decisions are possible: Acceptance, Conditional Acceptance, Wait List; Declined.

  Late Admission

Students applying for Late Admission should register for the entrance exam in January. The second notification for students who write after December are mailed in March. Students must have completed all of the admissions requirements in order to be considered.

  Wait List

The number of applicants exceeds our placements and therefore at times we need to place a candidate on our Waiting List. The application will be reconsidered once a placement becomes available, as long as the file is kept updated with respect to new report cards; applicants will not be retested. We may contact an applicant as late as September.

  Conditional Acceptance

Students who receive a conditional acceptance may be required to meet with a Villanova Guidance Counselor as well as enroll in the Villanova Summer School Programme.

  Academic Probation

All students (new and returning) are subject to the school policy regarding Academic probation. Please see the Villanova Handbook for further details.

In order to guarantee your son/daughter’s place, a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit will be required upon granting of admission.
