As students transition from elementary to Middle School, they are ready for greater challenges and more opportunities to explore and develop their critical thinking skills. At Villanova College we provide an innovative academic program with inquiry-based learning. We extend beyond the provincial standards to provide students with a greater depth and breadth of learning. Our teachers make learning exciting, engaging, and enduring by cultivating feelings of trust, respect, and optimism in the classroom.
Small class sizes and a homeroom teacher structure with weekly Advisor sessions allow our caring faculty to give students the individual attention they require to reach and exceed their potential. Individual talents are further nurtured and supported through our after-school programs which include: tutorials and supervised homework room, the Guided Learning Centre, peer tutoring, and various extra-curricular programs.
Our education program prepares boys and girls for the rigours and challenge of the Upper School, for University, and for life, by providing outstanding educational experiences, an engaged and caring faculty, and a variety of extracurricular activities.
